With windows on two sides of the living room, J201 provides ocean views from throughout the living, dining and kitchen area. This one bedroom, condo accommodates two guests and features split system air conditioning in the living and bedroom areas. The décor has an understated tropical vibe that is easy on the senses. The kitchen is well-stocked, making it easy to prepare your own meals and entertain your friends. The open-ended lanai is a great place to gather or dine, while watching the boats and canoes glide by; the clouds drift over Molokai and the tiki torches blazing each night as sunset descends. During the winter season, you’ll see whales breaching and spouting. It’s a true Maui experience. The dining table seats four comfortably and the living area with sofa along with comfortable club chairs make this a great space to gather, kick back and ho ‘omaha (relax). There is plenty of storage space for groceries, supplies and gear. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are provided as well as an in-unit washer & dryer. The bedroom features a Cal King bed. J201 is an end unit, with no corridor or elevator outside the bedroom windows. J building is located away from the Papakea maintenance and service areas, making it even quieter. The lanai, with views of Molokai, is shady during the day, making it comfortable even on warm Maui afternoons. Our on-island management company provides soap, shampoo and start-up supplies along with linens and top-notch customer service. Papakea is located directly on the ocean and has a seasonal beach, depending on tides, weather and ocean conditions. Papakea charges a $25 per night resort fee which will be collected at the time of check-in. The resort fee covers the cost of in-room WiFi, parking for one vehicle, and security patrols.
